TSD Help Desk
Your first call for any technology issue: login problems, Canvas errors, Chromebook trouble, BigBlueButton issues, or anything else tech-related.
Your Success Coach
A staff member at your school assigned to support your family — your go-to for academic questions, attendance concerns, schedule questions, and general guidance about how your student is doing.
Their contact info was in your welcome communications. Can't find it? Log in to your school portal or check your enrollment email.
Find Your SchoolYour school's main office
Some questions are best handled directly by your school's administrative team — anything related to official enrollment status, school-specific policies, or formal requests.
